Tomaselli Gabriel Bau für Nutzfahrzeuge Haubner GmbH is building this at the new location in Nenzing. It offers up to 15 jobs on 1,400 square meters and is scheduled to go into operation at the beginning of 2026.
For 27 years, Haubner Nutzfahrzeuge, with its headquarters in Lustenau, rented space from BayWa Technik in Frastanz. In the future, BayWa Technik will concentrate on agricultural services, so Haubner needed a new location. "We found one in Nenzing. It is close to the old one, and so we can guarantee that we will continue to provide our customers in the Feldkirch and Bludenz districts with the best possible service," says Haubner Managing Director Michael Amann.
Tomaselli Gabriel Bau is also one of the customers. The Walgau-based construction company has long relied on the MAN trucks sold by Haubner and was commissioned to build the new workshop: "The usual handshake quality of our long-standing collaboration is also benefiting us in this project," emphasizes Managing Director Philipp Tomaselli. The project was planned by the Feldkirch-based architectural firm atelier rainer + amann ZT.
State-of-the-art new building for up to 15 workplaces
The groundbreaking ceremony for the ultra-modern workshop hall took place last Wednesday. The ultra-modern workshop hall is specially designed for commercial vehicles between 3.5 and 40 tons and will also meet the requirements of e-mobility in the commercial vehicle sector and will include three maintenance lanes and a test hall lane for legally required inspections. In addition, a reception, offices, sanitary facilities and storage areas will be created on three floors. In total, the new workshop will offer up to 15 employees a modern, attractive workplace in a modern working environment.
Completion is planned for early 2026. The workshop will then service commercial vehicles belonging to – among others – municipalities, cities, transport companies, construction companies, craft businesses, the Austrian Postbus AG, as well as fire departments and the Federal Army.
