Restructuring: Managing Director leaves Bellevue Asset Management Germany

Gerit Heinz will leave the management of Bellevue Asset Management Germany on July 31. Portfolio manager Adam Choragwicki will also leave the company on the same date.
The departures are related to a structural reorganization of the Swiss Bellevue Group. The parent company is converting its German subsidiary into a pure sales unit and relocating portfolio management to Zurich.
With the company since 2022Heinz has led the German company since 2022 and managed, among other things, Bellevue Option Premium and Star Capital Multi Income. Before joining Bellevue, he worked for four years as a global investment strategist in the wealth management division of Deutsche Bank. Other career milestones include 15 years at UBS as Head of Investment Germany and four years at Commerzbank as an equity strategist and portfolio manager.
Bellevue Asset Management Germany was formed in 2022 when the Swiss merged the German Bellevue units with Starcapital. Peter Huber founded Starcapital in 1996.
