Gen Z discovers they won't be able to afford their own lifestyle when they start working

Bahía Haragana.- The centennial group has begun to worry when they realize that they will not be able to continue with their lifestyle once they start working.
After years of enjoying their $90 mid-morning coffee every day, Generation Z has begun to think about what awaits them when they become independent from their parents.
“I am used to eating sushi at least 5 times a week and going to Tulum twice a year, I don't know how I am going to do when I have to work,” lamented a 24-year-old pubescent after seeing the job offers on the market.
Concern has been growing after videos began circulating on TikTok in which some young people share their experiences when becoming independent.
“I started working two months ago, and I still don’t have my minimalist apartment, and I can barely pay the rent,” said Ana Sofí, before explaining that she returns to her mother’s house every day to be able to eat.
This situation has created anxiety in all members of this generation, who had plans that by the time they reached 25 they would already be famous influencers traveling the world and receiving money for uploading photos of desserts to their Instagram .
This has led many young people to look for options to generate income without having to work, since otherwise, they would not be able to continue with the life they are used to even if they worked part-time somewhere.
“I'd rather get a postgraduate degree so my parents can continue to support me,” said Santi, a 22-year-old boy who arrived on an exchange from France and applied for several jobs.
