Netanyahu congratulates Trump: "Peace is achieved through strength."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has thanked and congratulated US President Donald Trump for the operation carried out early this morning by the US Armed Forces against the three main Iranian nuclear facilities in Isfahan, Natanz and Fordo.

"Congratulations, President Trump. Your bold decision to strike Iran's nuclear facilities with the awesome and just power of the United States will change history ," the Israeli leader said in a speech posted on his personal account on the social network X.

The two leaders spoke by phone at the end of the operation, which was carried out in "full coordination" between the US Army and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). " Immediately after the operation, President Trump called me. It was a very warm and emotional conversation," the Israeli politician said.

Netanyahu called the US attack a "historic milestone," asserting that the strikes denied the "world's most dangerous regime the world's most dangerous weapons."

"President Trump and I (Netanyahu) often say, 'Peace comes with strength. First comes strength, then comes peace.' And tonight, President Trump and the United States acted with great strength. President Trump, I thank you. The people of Israel thank you," the Hebrew leader asserted.

He also praised the performance of the United States military forces in the attack operation. "Israel has done truly amazing things. But in tonight's action against Iran's nuclear facilities, the United States has been truly unstoppable . It has done what no other country in the world could do," Netanyahu said.

For his part, Israeli President Isaac Herzog reacted by asserting that the principles of "freedom, responsibility, and security" had prevailed.

"This crucial action benefits the security of the entire free world. I hope it leads to a better future in the Middle East and also contributes to the urgent release of our hostages in Gaza," Herzog added in a message from his X social media account.

The White House resident announced earlier this morning that the United States had bombed Iran's three main nuclear facilities: Isfahan, Natanz, and Fordo. Specifically, Fordo suffered the heaviest attack, and Trump stated in a message that "Fordo is gone."

For its part, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) has condemned the "brutal attacks" against Iran's main nuclear development centers and has guaranteed that it "will not allow the development of this national industry to be halted," according to a statement reported by the Mehr news agency.

Airspace closure

As a result of the attacks, Israeli airport authorities have announced the closure of the airspace to both landings and takeoffs and have stated that the decision to reopen it will "only" be made when it is "safe," which they announced six hours in advance, according to a statement reported by the Times of Israel.

"All crews and aircraft are ready to operate as quickly as possible," they maintained, although they also admitted that the reopening could take "a considerable amount of time."

On the other hand, the land borders with Jordan and Egypt are open for both freight and passenger traffic.
