The SSP reports an arrest after a shooting at a Yucatán hospital: they posed as a securities firm.

The Ministry of Public Security (SSP) reports in a bulletin that, through the use of technology, immediate operations, and coordinated inter-institutional work, two individuals involved in an attempted robbery of an ATM inside the Regional High Specialty Hospital (HRAEPY) were arrested.
According to reports, SSP personnel immediately responded to the scene after the ATM alarm was activated. Upon speaking with the hospital's private security personnel , they reported that a group of individuals, dressed as a supposed cash-in-transit company and carrying weapons , were present at the scene without arousing suspicion.
Upon noticing the police presence, the suspects had already retreated . A search operation was immediately launched, locating the suspects. Upon noticing the police mobilization, they attempted to flee by various routes, but two of them were arrested.
During the operation , three vehicles and replicas of air guns were seized . Investigations continue to locate additional individuals linked to this incident. The detainees used superimposed logos to impersonate a securities firm.
The detainees are:• OPF, 23 years old , originally from Mexico City .• FJVV, 36 years old , originally from the State of Mexico.
This result was possible thanks to a coordinated effort with the National Guard. Because the case is under investigation, further information cannot be provided at this time, the statement said.

"In Yucatán, anyone who comes to commit crimes, even if they use fake images or pretend to be companies, will be arrested," the bulletin concludes.
