Young people and adults are insured for threats and damages on the Arteaga highway.

The Arteaga Municipal Public Security Directorate responded to a citizen report of damage to private property, threats, and incitement to violence , which occurred on the stretch of highway to San Antonio de las Alazanas , specifically at kilometer 0+300 of State Highway 110. The incident was attended to by members of the Coordinated Police Command , who activated containment and prevention protocols and made the police available to the competent authorities.
After receiving the emergency call, officers arrived at the scene where adults and adolescents were allegedly in a confrontation , and proceeded to arrest several people involved and maintain order to prevent an escalation of violence between the groups.

The arrest of five teenagers , four boys and one girl between the ages of 14 and 17, originally from Saltillo, was officially reported. Because they are minors, their identities have been withheld. The youths were handed over to the Specialized Public Prosecutor's Office for Adolescents , based in Saltillo.
Regarding the adults linked to the initial report , at least 15 adults from Saltillo and Arteaga were also detained and referred to the Public Ministry of Common Jurisdiction in Arteaga , in order to determine responsibility for the crimes of damage to property, threats and incitement to violence.
As part of the same operation, authorities also arrested an adult woman for drunk driving . The driver was taken into custody by the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the vehicle she was driving was taken into official custody.
During the operation, several private vehicles were seized , although specific details of these—such as make, model, and serial number—were kept confidential within the investigation files, for the exclusive use of the relevant authorities.
The Arteaga Municipal Public Security Directorate reported that the human rights of the individuals involved were respected at all times, the parents or guardians of the adolescents were notified, and the legal deadlines and protocols for their separation and delivery to the respective authorities were followed.
Currently, the investigation files are being consolidated in both Saltillo and Arteaga. The local government reiterated its commitment to maintaining coordination with state authorities to ensure that the process is carried out legally and in compliance with the current legal framework.
