Budget: Socialist Party adds conditions for a compromise with the government

Negotiations between the government and the Socialist Party are still ongoing and appear far from reaching an effective compromise. While François Hollande has insisted that the Zucman tax is no longer a prerequisite for a joint budget, the Socialists are still adding certain conditions, such as abandoning the unemployment reform.
