The circumstances of this fall are currently the subject of a judicial investigation, the facts having occurred in the presence of a woman seen "holding the hands" of the victim before his fall. According to a source, witnesses saw the man around 11 p.m. while he was "hanging on the balcony" of a 5th floor apartment with the suspect at his side, without it being possible to say whether she was helping him or on the contrary trying to make him fall into the void.
When the police arrived, the victim had unfortunately already fallen and could not be saved by emergency services. The police went up to the 5th floor and found the suspect, "heavily intoxicated" . The latter, aged around fifty, was quickly taken into custody as part of an investigation opened for "voluntary homicide" . The investigations were entrusted to the Territorial Crime Division (DCT), which is trying to reconstruct the victim's last moments.
