Banque Postale, CIC, Crédit Mutuel… A breakdown disrupts payments and withdrawals for thousands of customers
Several thousand customers are affected by this outage which has been ongoing since Saturday afternoon.
By Solenne BertrandA complicated Saturday afternoon for many customers of Crédit Mutuel , CIC , La Banque Postale, Société Générale and Crédit Agricole. On social media, some complained of not being able to use their bank cards to make payments or withdrawals.
Downdetector , which tracks real-time issues and outages for all kinds of digital services, has recorded just under 3,000 outage reports for CIC and up to more than 5,000 for Crédit Mutuel.
Shopping left at the checkout to go home to get a checkbook, stuck at the gas station... On social media, many customers recount their misadventures.
