Re-elected in the first round, two days before the lockdown, the man who is also head of the emergency department at Pompidou Hospital, looks back on those trying months during which this dual role was more useful than ever.

On March 15, 2020, Philippe Juvin (LR) was re-elected mayor of La Garenne-Colombes in the first round with 76% of the vote. But he wasn't at the town hall to celebrate this victory, which marked the start of his fourth term. Philippe Juvin was then on the set of the 8 p.m. news on TF1. Because the situation was serious. The country was experiencing a surge in cases of Covid-19 , this ultra-contagious respiratory disease that appeared in November 2019 in China and is spreading around the world with a very high mortality rate.
