The administrative court ruled that the conditions of access to municipal halls for political parties or associations were too strict and onerous, thus satisfying the opposition elected officials of Décines who had filed an application for interim suspension.

The interim relief judge of the Lyon administrative court has decided to suspend the execution of the municipal council's deliberation of April 3, 2025 and the decree of April 11, 2025, setting out the internal regulations for the use of municipal halls.
