Meurthe-et-Moselle. At 11 years old, Ines Bonnet launched her cupcake business in Longlaville.

While her friends are having fun, 11-year-old Ines Bonnet spends her weekends at local markets and events selling her homemade cupcakes. She launched a business in September 2024, with the support of her mother, in her hometown of Longlaville. The young woman looks back on the beginnings of her small business.

At an age when others are discovering the joys of rollerblading or TikTok, Ines is already talking about margins, profits, and reinvestment. Small in size, big in determination. Since the start of the school year, this 6th-grade student has created a micro-business selling cupcakes and colorful pastries, which she makes at home, in the family kitchen. "I'm the boss, but my mom helps me a lot," she says, her eyes fixed on her next ideas.
