One day, one story. Evelyne Muller-Dervaux and the guardians of quiche Lorraine

Let's be clear once and for all: we don't put cheese in the quiche Lorraine! We're not going to bake the "Quiche gate" of 2023 again at 180°. A culinary controversy born after the disclosure of chef Philippe Etchebest 's recipe for the said savory tart... decorated with grated cooked pressed pastry, banned from the ingredients of this piece of French culinary heritage. Or worse still, putting back in the baking sheet the vegetarian "Lorreign" quiche from the coronation of King Charles III , with roots partly from Lorraine, with... spinach, broad beans and tarragon. And it's not Évelyne Muller-Dervaux, the Grand Master of the Brotherhood of the Quiche Lorraine in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe, incidentally the capital of the said quiche since 2023, who will say otherwise.
