Parliament's busy summer, LFI "useful" to the RN, a new star at the Lutetia... Our indiscretions of the week

An extraordinary session in sight at the Assembly and the Senate, the big bosses less afraid of the National Rally than of the Insoumis, chef Florent Pietravalle in residence at the legendary hotel on the Left Bank... Every Sunday, find out what's going on behind the scenes.
By Le ParisienTo examine all the texts on the agenda, deputies and senators would have to sit until July 11, then resume in mid-September (while the ordinary session ends at the end of June and resumes in early October). The presidents of both chambers, Yaël Braun-Pivet and Gérard Larcher, are in favor, even if, at this stage, Matignon refuses to confirm. Emmanuel Macron has not yet signed the decree authorizing this extraordinary session.
Among the new texts that are expected to be included during this period are the status of elected officials, cybersecurity and possibly the introduction of proportional representation in legislative elections.
