Socialist Party Congress: New duel between Olivier Faure and Nicolas Mayer-Rossignol

Following the vote on the motions on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, Socialist Party members will vote on June 5 between Olivier Faure and Nicolas Mayer-Rossignol for the position of First Secretary. A former supporter of Olivier Faure, Boris Vallaud is in the position of arbiter between the two men, who have already faced off in a duel at the 2023 congress.
