Thionville. Neubau parking near the train station remains free: a reprieve for cross-border commuters

The city has voted for extensions: the Neubau car park, located on Chemin des Bains, near Thionville train station, will remain accessible and free of charge. An agreement with the SNCF (French National Railway Company) has been renewed until March 2027 to occupy the parking space, which can accommodate nearly 400 cross-border commuters.

Good news for Thionville train station users. The city and SNCF Réseau have agreed to maintain the Neubau car park for passengers . It spans two plots, totaling 7,000 m² of land along Chemin des Bains, between the railway tracks and the Moselle River. It was made available during the construction work...
