French President Emmanuel Macron , German Chancellor Friedrich Merz , Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer also confirmed their presence in Washington on Monday. "At the request of President Zelensky, I will participate in the meeting with President Trump and other European leaders at the White House tomorrow," she said on the social network X.

NATO chief Mark Rutte will also be alongside the Ukrainian president and other European leaders, his team announced.
