Banca Monte Pruno and Terra Metelliana remain united for the future of the region.

Banca Monte Pruno and Terra Metelliana remain united for the future of the region.

Banca Monte Pruno and Terra Metelliana – Circolo Legambiente, a non-profit organization committed for years to promoting energy transition and environmental sustainability in our region, have once again signed an important framework collaboration agreement.

The agreement stems from a shared desire to generate a positive and lasting impact through concrete initiatives that engage citizens, businesses, institutions, and young people in a shared journey toward a fairer, cleaner, and more responsible development model.

Among the planned activities:

• Support for the CUTE project – Urban Center for Energy Transition, the beating heart of Terra Metelliana's actions in Cava de' Tirreni, a physical and symbolic place where change is built.

• The organization of conferences and training workshops on highly topical environmental issues, such as ESG governance, energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, and Renewable Energy Communities.

• Support for green startups and entrepreneurial projects with high environmental value, including through dedicated banking facilities.

• Joint participation in events, awareness campaigns and educational projects in schools.

"We are convinced that the ecological transition is not just a technical challenge, but a cultural opportunity. Only through collaboration between different stakeholders can we imagine and build a future that is environmentally and community-friendly," said Cono Federico , the highly satisfied General Manager of BCC Monte Pruno .

“The shared goal is ambitious but necessary: to make Cava de' Tirreni a climate-neutral city by 2035.” , the ultimate goal of the partnership that summarizes the thoughts of the President of Terra Metelliana APSCircolo Legambiente Attilio Palumbo and Michele Buonomo , member of the National Secretariat of Legambiente, present at the signing of the Protocol.

Being a "local bank" also means this: supporting with courage and vision those projects that put collective well-being and the protection of our environment at the center.
