EU Court: 'Conclusions on Italy-Albania protocol on 10 April'

The Advocate General of the European Court of Justice will present his conclusions on the joint cases related to the Italy-Albania protocol and the definition of safe countries of origin on April 10. According to ANSA, the judges in Luxembourg will then rule within a month. The ruling is therefore expected between the end of May and the beginning of June.
