Serrara, support for deficit management

The Municipality of Serrara Fontana had to assign an additional task of supporting the activities of the Financial Sector in terms of accounting.

Already in November of last year, the Council had expressed directions to the head of the III Sector, Ms. Lucia Cenatiempo, so that she could provide for the assignment of specialized technical support services in the field of accounting for Local Authorities, "including ongoing training for staff, with particular reference to the drafting of accounting documents to a company/firm specialized in the matter" for a period of six months from the assignment determination. The estimated and assigned spending commitment amounts to 6,000 euros plus cash and VAT.

Between December 2024 and January 2025, Cenatiempo had entrusted the support activity service for the management of the deficit procedure to the company “Sistema Integrato PA” of Naples.

Now it has proceeded to renew the assignment to the same company through direct negotiation on Mepa with an amount subject to reduction always of 6,000 euros and until 31 December 2025, for the conclusion of the activities to be carried out.
