Trump: "There's a deal when there's an agreement."

There is still no agreement between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, the US president said, speaking to reporters in Anchorage, Alaska, referring to the possibility of ending the armed conflict in Ukraine. The remarks were made after a meeting between the two heads of state. "There's no agreement until there's an agreement," Trump said: "We haven't reached one." However, the US president emphasized that "many points have been agreed upon with Putin." Some differences, however, remain, and among these, according to Trump, "one is the most significant." As the Russian news agency Novosti reports, Trump also said: "The most important thing is that we have a good chance of achieving peace."
