Bologna, May 13, 2025 – Prices on the Bologna real estate market are rising more and more.

The most expensive neighborhood? I Colli , with 5,307 euros per square meter (19th in the national ranking).

The cheapest? Navile-Corticella , with an average of 2,821 euros per square meter: practically, in short, half. This is the snapshot taken by Idealista regarding the data for the month of April 2025, in which the average price of homes was around 3,468 euros per square meter (+ 0.5 compared to the month of March).

The situation is different when it comes to the most sought-after neighborhoods : 30% of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Italy for real estate sales are located under the Towers, but in this case we need to look at other areas of the city.
