Fastweb and Vodafone's revenues remained stable at €3.6 billion in the first half of the year.

Fastweb and Vodafone report revenues totals in the first six months of the year almost stable at 3,593 million euros (-0.4% compared to the same period in 2024). EBITDA, including rental costs, reaches 1.5% 808 million euros (-9.8% compared to the first half of 2024) while capex amounted to 703 million euros (-10%) and operating free cash flow was 105 million euros (-8.7%). Adjusted EBITDA, which does not include integration costs with Vodafone Italy, it is instead equal to 828 million euros (-7.6% compared to the first half of 2024) while adjusted capex stood at 669 million euros, down 8.2% compared to the previous year same period last year. Adjusted Operating Free Cash Flow thus reaches 159 million euros (-4.8% compared to first half of 2024). As of June 30, 2025, mobile, residential and business customers, stand at 20 million 207 thousand, an increase of 0.5% compared to the first half of 2024, for a market share equal to 26%. Fixed, residential and business customers stand at share of 5 million 792 thousand (-3.3%), for a market share equal to 31%. The integration process is progressing as expected of Fastweb and Vodafone Italia with the completion of the internal reorganization. In line with plans, the realization of the synergies expected in the first half of the year of the year, thanks in particular to the migration of the lines Fastweb mobile phones on the Vodafone network.
