Pro Loco: Bini, supporting local vitality with €900,000

"With the resolution approved today, we continue the Region's commitment to supporting Pro Loco associations, recognizing their fundamental role in enhancing local identities and promoting tourism in the region." This was stated by the Regional Councilor for Productive Activities, Sergio Emidio Bini, following the Council's approval of the resolution authorizing the allocation of grants to the Unpli Fvg – Aps Association for 2025. The total funding, amounting to €900,000, will be used to promote the activities of Pro Loco associations (€640,000), cover the operating expenses of Unpli Fvg Aps (€162,000), support the Pro Loco offices (€83,550), and finally, support the headquarters of the Pro Loco consortia (€14,450).
The ranking for the grants was prepared by the Internal Commission of the Unpli Fvg Aps at its meeting on July 3, 2025. This measure represents one of the structural lines of regional funding and is part of a broader strategy to promote the region through the involvement of local associations. "The Pro Loco network," explained Councilor Bini, "represents an essential cultural and social resource, particularly in small towns. This funding is not just financial support, but a sign of trust and appreciation for their daily work, which ranges from organizing events to protecting local traditions."
