Taxpayers who are up to date with previous installments are interested in paying

Rottamazione-quater, by today, June 9, 2025, the payment of the installment of the bills due last May 31. The payments made by that date are in fact considered valid in consideration of the five days of tolerance granted by law and the deferrals in the presence of terms coinciding with holidays. In the event of a payment not made, made after the deadline or of an amount lower than the amount due, the law provides for the loss of the benefits of the Simplified Definition and the amount already paid will be considered as an advance on the residual debt.

Taxpayers who are up to date with previous installments are interested in the payment. The deadline does not concern, however, those who, by April 30, submitted the application for readmission to the Rottamazione-quater pursuant to law no. 15/2025, to whom the Revenue Agency-Collection will send, by the end of June, a new communication with the amount of the sums due and the payment forms.

HOW AND WHERE TO PAY

You can pay at banks, post offices, tobacconists and betting shops, at enabled ATMs, using the telematic channels of banks, Poste Italiane and all other Payment Service Providers (PSP) participating in the pagoPa node, on the Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione website or with the Equiclick App. You can also pay directly at the Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione counters by booking an appointment. To make the payment, you must use the forms attached to the communication of the amounts due sent by Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione. Taxpayers who need to retrieve this communication and the payment forms can download a copy directly from the reserved area of ​​the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it or receive them via email by sending a request from the public area, without therefore requiring access credentials, attaching an identification document.
