Stock Market: Tokyo opens slightly higher (+0.21%)

The Tokyo Stock Exchange opens trading slight increase, following the mixed trend of the market US stocks after the expected reduction in Fed Funds and in sight new indications from the Bank of Japan (BoJ) meeting which will end tomorrow. At the opening, the Nikkei benchmark index marked a just a positive variation of 0.21% at 44,882.63, with a gain of 92 points. On the currency market the yen is almost stable against the dollar at 146.90 and against the euro at 173.60.
