The methodology behind the Newsweek and Statista rankings is based on: reputation among healthcare managers and professionals, questionnaires on ten key areas, JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditations, and a global quality and safety standard.
This year the facility was also included among the World's Best Hospitals , the ranking of the best hospitals in the world also drawn up by Newsweek, and obtained a further prestigious national recognition: according to the ITQF – German Institute for Quality and Finance, Pineta Grande Hospital is the third general hospital in Italy and the first among the accredited ones.

They testify to the value of the daily work carried out by all our staff and confirm the validity of the strategic choices made in recent years," says Vincenzo Schiavone, President of Pineta Grande Hospital. "We look to the future with renewed enthusiasm: these results do not represent a finish line, but rather an incentive to do even better and motivate us to continue with even greater determination to offer excellent, accessible, and sustainable healthcare."
