"The Healthy Smile program transforms lives and restores hope to many families. Each surgery represents an opportunity for a child to grow up with greater confidence and better health," said Salinas Valdés.
According to the DIF, collaboration with the Ministry of Health has helped reduce the costs of procedures, while the company LENNOX has covered the costs of 16 surgeries.
