Robert Pier is a new Atlas player ahead of Liga MX and Leagues Cup

Atlas announced on Saturday the arrival of Spanish defender Róber Pier as a reinforcement for the 2025 Apertura tournament, which begins next week, and for the Leagues Cup.

Pier joins the " Rojinegros " of Atlas from Sporting de Gijón , a Spanish club with which he played for two years.

The 30-year-old Spanish defender made his professional debut in 2015 with Deportivo La Coruña , and a year later moved to Levante, where he played for seven years.
