From converting 100,000 pesos into 100,000 dollars to restoring sight to a blind man: the alleged miracles of the pastor Javier Milei visited.

From converting 100,000 pesos into 100,000 dollars to restoring sight to a blind man: the alleged miracles of the pastor Javier Milei visited.

Following Javier Milei's lightning trip to Chaco last Saturday , where he participated in an evangelical conference at a mega-church that had been inaugurated a few days earlier, news broke on social media that involved not the President, but the event's organizer, Pastor Jorge Ledesma. The man of faith, along with his son, They spoke this Monday in different media about the supposed miracle that happened in their temple: 100 thousand pesos became 100 thousand dollars.

The incident occurred, according to his son, Cristian Ledesma, before the construction of the "Portal de Dios" church, from which Milei spoke on Saturday, one of the largest in the country. While the pastor was still counting the money for the construction, he discovered that the pesos he had kept in a safe had been converted into dollars .

Ledesma Jr., in a conversation with Radio Con Vos, stated this Monday that it was "a super powerful experience" that allowed them " to have the faith to start something as crazy as building" the temple.

According to the young man, his father had pesos saved in a bank safe deposit box for the church. "The accountant kept track of what was there, and every so often, my father would go and do an audit to pass it on to her," the young man explained.

The young man recounted that the apparent miracle happened on one occasion when his father decided to check on the money because he hadn't counted it in over a year. According to Cristian, when his father opened the register, "there were 100,000, but they were dollars," he added, " My dad thought she [the accountant] was confused, and she told him 'it's 100,000 dollars,' and then my dad sent her a photo because he didn't believe her, and that was the biggest surprise."

The young man, who like his father is also a pastor, explained that it wasn't "the first or last such surprise," but it was the first "of this magnitude." When asked how they declare this income to the AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Finance), the young man confessed that at that point they must resort to more earthly help: "That's where the accountant's work begins," he explained.

Meanwhile, on Monday night, Jorge Ledesma, the pastor who experienced the transformation firsthand and who organized the event Milei attended this Saturday, also spoke about the alleged miracle. The man, who, according to him, has been a pastor for 32 years but also worked as a broadcaster and journalist, provided more details about the alleged transmutation and explained that he doesn't know how "that miracle" happened, since it's something that surprised even him, and he only told it to the church he belongs to.

"This is something that happened to me when I was alone," he explained during an interview on A24 , later adding: "We had our savings in a safe deposit box at the bank. We had put in 100,000 pesos and took out 5,000 to buy dollars, and the accountant told me 'there are 95,000 pesos left.' When I went, I opened the register, looked and said 'I went to the wrong register,' I looked at all the numbers again and there were 95 $100 bills . So I took a picture with my cell phone, closed it, and left." Later, the accountant confirmed that, indeed, he had deposited pesos in the register.

"I have no way of proving it, and if any viewers say 'it's hard to believe,' I understand because I didn't believe it myself ," Ledesma said during the interview.

A blind man who can see and the growth of an amputated finger: the other miracles

During his interview on Radio con Vos , Cristian also recounted other alleged miracles he witnessed. First, he mentioned cases of people with addictions who "changed their lives" through prayer , but he added other cases that, like the conversion of pesos into dollars, are also inexplicable.

The first involved the seemingly miraculous regeneration of a lost finger. According to the young man, a woman who had lost a finger as a child had attended a meeting due to pain in another area of her body. "We prayed for her, and not only did the pain go away, but her finger grew back in front of us , and her nail was painted the same color as the rest of her hand," Cristian recounted.

And he added another equally striking case: that of a man who was going blind . According to the young man, after attending a meeting, the man regained his sight . However, when he consulted a doctor, the doctor informed him that his tests indicated he was still blind.

"The doctor told him, 'But you're still blind,' and he told him , 'I can see,' " Cristian explained, adding that the formerly blind man had arrived at the appointment by car.
