The most important conclusions and recommendations. The grand finale of EEC 2025 is ahead of us

The 17th edition of the most important economic event in Central Europe is taking place in Katowice from 23 to 25 April. International and national decision-makers, politicians, local government officials, as well as key players in key economic sectors came to Katowice for the three-day European Economic Congress (EEC).
On the first day, we met the winners of the prestigious Investor Without Borders competition . The group included: Boeing, Budimex, ICEYE, 3M, eSky, Sandoz, Saint-Gobain, LipCo Foods, Microsoft and Kulczyk Investments. The title of Investor Without Borders is awarded every year to courageous Polish investors who successfully expand in other countries and foreign investors who invest their potential in Poland.
Recommendations of the European Economic CongressThis year, special priority will be given to the conclusions that are usually formulated after the Congress. This time, they will take shape for the first time on the third day of the EEC, taking the form of recommendations, and will be presented during a session with national politicians on the last day of the Congress.
EEC Recommendations: Competitive Economy. Investment and DevelopmentAlready at 9:30, as part of the EEC Recommendations series, the panel "Competitive economy. Investments and development" will be held. The main issues are competitive economy and investment and development. The panelists will try to find answers to questions about how to implement the assumptions of the new EU economic doctrine? What will make the European economy successfully compete in the world? Where is Europe in the digital technology race? How to ensure an appropriate level of local content, equal conditions of competition, stable financing in areas requiring the largest pro-development investments: infrastructure, energy, technologies?

EEC Recommendations: Energy and Transformation. Industry for SecurityAt 11.30 we will start the panel "Energy and transformation. Industry for security" . The key questions that the participants will face are: How to efficiently change the European energy sector while maintaining security and stability? What to do to reduce energy costs for industry and the economy to an acceptable level that will allow for competition with companies from outside the EU? How to build a potential of European production for defense that is adequate to the threats? Can domestic industry benefit from this trend and how: investments, cooperation, guarantees? And what about dual-use production?

EEC Recommendations: DeregulationThe last session of the EEC Recommendations series is "Deregulation" (April 25, 1:30 p.m.). The discussion will be devoted to one of the most talked-about topics of recent weeks. The panel will begin with a speech by Adam Malinowski, national director of Corporate Connections and coordinator of the WiadomościMY project.
