InPost has a great quarter. The company boasts record results.
  • The company is growing faster than its competitors in the industry
  • The company is already profiting from acquisitions.
  • The company recorded growth in all markets.

InPost once again recorded significant volume growth while simultaneously intensifying its presence in foreign markets. It's worth noting that the company once again recorded above-market growth in all of its strategic countries of operation," the company said in a statement.

The company is growing faster than its competitors in the industry

- I am proud of the results of another record-breaking quarter, which confirm the good condition of the group and the potential for development of out-of-home delivery services offered by InPost in Europe - says Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost.

- Thanks to strategic acquisitions, especially in the UK, revenues have reached record levels, which strengthens our position as a market leader - adds Brzoska.

In the third quarter of 2025, the InPost Group delivered 351.5 million parcels, representing a 34% increase year-on-year and exceeding the e-commerce market growth rate across all regions. The largest growth was recorded in the United Kingdom (up 219% year-on-year), followed by the eurozone (up 24% year-on-year) and Poland (up 10% year-on-year).

The Group's revenue reached nearly PLN 3.8 billion, representing a 49% increase year-on-year . The main drivers of growth were strong performance in the UK (up 307% year-on-year), as well as solid growth in the eurozone (up 36% year-on-year) and Poland (up 13% year-on-year).

Adjusted EBITDA increased to PLN 1.1 billion (up 24% year-on-year), achieving a margin of 28%. The margin improvement in Poland was offset by the temporary effects of the consolidation of Yodel in the UK.

The Out-Of-Home network has grown to nearly 90,000 locations, including nearly 57,000 parcel lockers. Capital expenditures (Capex) amounted to PLN 356 million, primarily allocated to long-term network and infrastructure development.

The company's prospects for the coming quarters are good.

The company also presented its outlook. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group's year-on-year volume growth is expected to reach "the high 20s." In Poland, volume growth is projected to be in the high single-digits, continuing to outpace the e-commerce industry in the fourth quarter of 2025. In the international market, taking into account the consolidation of Yodel, volume growth is forecast to reach approximately 70 percent.

"We maintain our expectations for 2025 in terms of the Group's volume and revenue. The projected growth in adjusted EBITDA in Poland and the eurozone also remains unchanged from previous estimates," the company noted.

For the British segment, we are reducing the adjusted EBITDA forecast and therefore, at the group level, adjusted EBITDA should increase by several percent in 2025. Assumptions regarding network development, capital expenditures and cash flows remain unchanged.
