The incident occurred on Friday on board an Iberia flight from Düsseldorf, Germany, to Madrid, Spain.
During the flight , the pilot was bitten by one of the most dangerous spiders in the world - a tarantula. Since the captain of the plane was allergic to spider bites, an alarm was immediately raised on board.

The situation was reported to the rest of the flight crew, who immediately took action. Fortunately, there was medicine on board.
The captain was given a dose of an anti-inflammatory drug used to treat severe allergic reactions.
