A suspect in a university crime has been arrested in Medyka. The case concerns irregularities in the Collegium Humanum

On Saturday, May 3, during the check-in of travelers crossing the border from Ukraine to Poland in Medyka, officers of the Bieszczady Border Guard Division discovered that a 54-year-old Ukrainian citizen was wanted on the orders of the prosecutor from the Silesian Branch of the Department for Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Katowice.
As reported by Border Guard Lieutenant Piotr Zakielarz – Press Spokesman of the Commander of the Bieszczady Border Guard Unit:
The man is of interest to law enforcement agencies in connection with a multi-threaded investigation into irregularities at the Collegium Humanum.
The foreigner was detained and handed over to officers of the Central Anticorruption Bureau. They in turn took him to the headquarters of the Silesian Branch in Katowice, where the prosecutor announced the charges against him.
As reported by the services:
(...) is suspected of participating in an organized criminal group involved in issuing documents certifying false information.
The court accepted the prosecutor's request and ordered the foreigner to temporarily arrest him for a period of 3 months.
