Arrest in Słupsk. 35-year-old with marijuana, clephedrone and MDMA
Police officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit of the Police Station I in Słupsk noticed a man behaving suspiciously on one of the streets of the city. After the intervention, it turned out that the 35-year-old had a portion of marijuana and almost 100 grams of clephedrone in a backpack. He was detained and taken to the police station.
A search of the detainee's apartment led to the discovery of more prohibited substances. The police found over 400 grams of marijuana, almost 200 grams of clephedrone and several MDMA tablets. Drug portioning accessories and money were also secured.
The 35-year-old has been charged with possession of significant amounts of drugs and their introduction into circulation. For these crimes, he faces a sentence of one to 12 years in prison. The prosecutor imposed supervision, a ban on leaving the country and financial bail on him.
