At the EKS in Mikołajki about PPK in local government
Effective implementation of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) is not only a way to ensure a stable financial future for employees, but also an effective tool for building the image of the local government as a modern and friendly employer. The program can increase the attractiveness of the office on the labor market, attracting new employees and strengthening the loyalty of the team.
How to implement the PPK program so that it becomes a real benefit for employees and at the same time supports the development of local government?
