At the EKS in Mikołajki about PPK in local government
Effective implementation of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) is not only a way to ensure a stable financial future for employees, but also an effective tool for building the image of the local government as a modern and friendly employer. The program can increase the attractiveness of the office on the labor market, attracting new employees and strengthening the loyalty of the team.
How to implement the PPK program so that it becomes a real benefit for employees and at the same time supports the development of local government? The answers will be provided by the panel "PPK in local government - why is it worth it?", in which representatives of various levels of local government will share proven practices and benefits of introducing PPK.
Local government employees, like private sector employees, face the same challenge – ensuring an adequate quality of life in retirement. Additional forms of savings, such as employee capital plans, can help with this.
The moderator of the discussion will be Marta Damm-Świerkocka, PFR Portal PPK sp. z oo. Panelists: Jan Grabkowski, starosta of Poznań; Konrad Koc, mayor of the Bełchatów commune; Aleksandra Kosiorek, president of Gdynia; Katarzyna Sebzda-Sztul, mayor of the Kąty Wrocławskie commune.
