Construction of a new school has begun – earthworks are underway

At the construction site in Wisznia Mała, work has begun on the construction of a new primary school. The investment, long awaited by the residents of the commune, has entered the preparatory phase. The photo already shows heavy construction equipment, which is leveling and preparing the ground for the future foundations.

Currently, intensive earthworks are underway – excavations for foundations, leveling of the terrain and preparation of underground installations. The construction site has been secured and the works are proceeding according to the adopted schedule.

The new didactic segment is a response to the growing needs of the school community. As part of the first stage of the investment, an educational facility will be built for students of the school in Wisznia Mała, preschoolers from Ligota Piękna and pre-schoolers from Piotrkowiczki. On an area of ​​4,558 m2, school children will learn, for whom 18 didactic rooms and 3 classrooms for preschool children will be prepared. The facility will have a computer lab, 2 recreation rooms, a library, an auditorium with a stage and facilities, a canteen with a catering facility, as well as a medical and dental office. The value of the investment amounts to PLN 31,941,870 million, of which PLN 14,359,020 for stage I and PLN 17,582,850 for stage II. The implementation of stage I is planned for 17 months.
