EU, US and Ukrainian raw materials, tariffs on Canada and Mexico and billions for flood protection

The European Union has decided to join the game for access to Ukrainian rare earth minerals. Industry Commissioner Stéphane Séjourné has presented Kiev with a proposal for cooperation that is supposed to compete with the US offer. According to a report by Politico, Ukraine is able to supply Europe with as many as 21 of 30 key minerals, including titanium and uranium.
