Katarzyna Wójcik: Dispute over receipts for Friday's fish

In the previous issue of "Tygodnik Kadrowych" we wrote about how difficult it is to exempt a meal from ZUS contributions. After the issue was closed, it turned out that employers and trade unionists had become interested in the matter. Interestingly, they are unanimous. They negatively assess the requirement pushed by ZUS for employees and employers to keep receipts as evidence of how vouchers and prepaid cards co-financing employee meals were used.

The Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers has issued a position on this matter. The requirement not only generates unnecessary costs and organizational problems, but also carries the risk of violating the protection of employees' personal data.
