Krzysztof Adam Kowalczyk: How to drain the ocean of bureaucracy and get out of America's shadow
It is no coincidence that in Poland, among the business media, those that have developed the fastest and are still in shape are those that – such as “Rzeczpospolita” – have a large legal section. Access to a medium that describes new regulations and legal traps, advising how not to get lost in this bureaucratic thicket, is essential for a Polish entrepreneur. In fact, one of the conditions for survival in the ocean of bureaucracy full of reefs and eddies.
The smaller the company, the more it is terrified and paralyzed by this element. It is not without reason that the Confederation, which smacks of nationalism, has most strongly written on its banners the demands of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs orphaned by other parties. The deregulatory efforts of Prime Minister Donald Tusk and KO are a belated reaction to its offensive. Hopefully, it will be sincere and will end with specifics.
