Krzysztof Adam Kowalczyk: The taboo of inviolability of 800+ has collapsed

500+, increased from 1 January 2024 to 800+, has been hailed as Poland's unconditional basic income. This is a reference to the idea, fashionable in leftist circles, to pay everyone a minimum "scholarship" to survive in the face of revolutionary changes in the robotization of work, which may deprive many people of employment. The Polish 800+ is not so unconditional, because you have to have at least one child, but that is the only condition that must be met.
