Why isn't there a position for salespeople in the Department of Communications? The department's director answers questions.

In the previous issue of our newspaper, we once again addressed the Trzebnica Department of Transportation. A reader shared his observations regarding the facility's operational organization. He commented on the long queues of people standing from early morning, the rapidly depleting pool of "numbers," the long wait times for admission, and the fact that a separate stand for vehicle dealers has not yet been established.

We have forwarded questions regarding Reader complaints to the Communications Department:

1. Is there really a queue to collect the "number" long before the office opens and is this action necessary?

2. Has creating a separate stand for vehicle dealers been considered? If this is not possible, please provide the reason.

3. Is it possible to divide the pool of "numbers" into several smaller ones and spend them several times a day?

4. Are other ways to improve the department's work being considered? If so, what are they?

The answer was provided by Wojciech Olejniczak, Director of the Communication Department of the District Office in Trzebnica:

In response to your email dated 6/08/2025, I would like to inform you that the Communication Department in Trzebnica will be open from 1 July 2025 during the following hours:

Mon-Wed 7.00-15.00

Thu 7.00-17.00

Fri 7.00-13.00

and we serve clients during the following hours:

Mon-Wed 7:15-14:30

Thu 7:15-16:30

Fri 7.15 -12.30.

The pool of numbers for handling a specific matter for a given day is issued from 7:00 a.m.

The rule is: one registration number equals one ID card, one ID card collection equals one ID card collection number, etc. Additionally, you can download an online ticket for every full hour. Office matters can be handled in person or through a representative. When the numbered service is terminated, those without numbers are served.

In response to residents' suggestions, the office's opening hours have been extended on Thursdays until 5 p.m. In the near future, there are plans to purchase an "office machine" where it will be possible to collect a permanent registration certificate at a time convenient for the applicant, i.e. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Your opinion is important, but it cannot hurt other people or groups.
