Donald Trump: Companies will pay $100,000 a year for a qualified foreigner

U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order that will introduce an annual fee of $100,000 for foreign nationals applying for the H-1B skilled worker visa program. He explained that the fee would be paid by companies employing foreign workers , citing companies' "abuse" of the program.
