The Presidium of the National Council of Labor and Postgraduate Studies issued a resolution on the prohibition of performing activities covered by the entry in the register of entities conducting postgraduate education. As we read in the content of the document in question, "the organizer of education - CKU Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław , 53-329 Wrocław, Pl. Powstańców Śląskich 1/201, is prohibited from performing activities covered by the entry in the register of entities conducting postgraduate education".

Postgraduate education covers the following areas:

  • Family Nursing qualification course (for nurses);
  • Nursing of the teaching and educational environment qualification course (for nurses);
  • Family Nursing qualification course (for midwives);
  • specialist course in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (for nurses and midwives);
  • specialist course Interview and physical examination (for nurses and midwives);
  • a specialist course on Respiratory and circulatory resuscitation of the newborn (for nurses and midwives);
  • specialist course on Performing and interpreting electrocardiographic recordings in adults (for nurses and midwives).

As stated in the justification, an inspection was carried out of the education provider in terms of the compliance of the data entered in the register of entities providing postgraduate education and the provision by the education provider of a teaching base appropriate for the implementation of the education programme.

During the inspection, the inspection team did not find any representatives of the education organizer at the address of the organizer's registered office. The building's receptionist had no knowledge of the organizer's activities. On the building, as well as inside the building, no organizer's markings or other information indicating that the organizer conducts business at the indicated address was found - we read in the justification for the resolution.

In addition, the indicated headquarters is home to the Higher Vocational School, and their representatives refused to allow the members of the inspection team into the premises. It turned out that the organizer has a registered office at the indicated address, but there are no employees of the organizer there.

The Presidium emphasizes that "the education organizer grossly violated the conditions for conducting postgraduate education. The statutory obligation of the education organizer is to submit to control activities as part of the supervision of the implementation of postgraduate education. […] Taking the above into account, in this case the conditions for adopting a resolution on the prohibition of conducting the activity have been met."
