Mareato livens up Costa Nova and Barra over two weekends
Mareato, a summer festival dedicated mainly to young people, returns to Costa Nova and Barra with a programme divided into two weekends.
From 3 to 6 July, all the activities will take place at Costa Nova, with sports activities, challenges and a talk. On the 3rd, in the morning, the program includes wakeboarding and stand up paddle on Biarritz beach. In the afternoon, there will be a table football tournament, a traditional dance workshop and a dog walk on the Costa Nova lawn.
The next day begins with water activities in the morning, with a boat-pulled float and canoeing from Biarritz Beach and sailing at the Sailing Club. In the afternoon, a table tennis tournament will be held on the lawn and a tennis tournament will begin, which will continue until the 6th. Also scheduled for this afternoon, at Cais Criativo, is the Youth Dialogue organized by the National Youth Council, an opportunity for young people to share their ideas and actively contribute to the future of youth in Portugal. The afternoon ends with a yoga session at the same location.
