Sérgio Costa presents book and launches his candidacy for the Guarda City Council

“A Vision of Guarda ” is the title of the book by Sérgio Costa that will be presented this Sunday, July 27, at 5:00 pm, in the open-air amphitheater of the Eduardo Lourenço Municipal Library.

On the same occasion, he will also launch his candidacy for the Guarda Municipal Council, in the local elections on October 12th.

Sérgio Costa's book has a foreword by Francisco Pinto Balsemão and an afterword by Cardinal Américo Aguiar.

Sérgio Costa, current mayor of Guarda, was born in Peso da Régua on June 14, 1976. He studied at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Operational Control of Water Supply and Wastewater Drainage Systems.
