Texas flash floods kill at least 24

At least 24 people have died in Texas, USA, following heavy rains that caused flash flooding in the region's mountains.
According to local authorities, heavy rains caused flash flooding and the Guadalupe River, which runs through the Texas Hill Country, burst its banks.
In addition, 237 people were rescued, 167 of whom were rescued by helicopters.
