Nikolas, Feliciano, Kicis: Motta makes representations that should result in a warning for mutiny

The Parliamentary Oversight Office of the Chamber of Deputies will be responsible for evaluating cases against at least 11 pro-Bolsonaro lawmakers who rioted to prevent plenary proceedings. Among the four other supporters of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) whom Estadão reported that Speaker Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB) is expected to recommend for suspension are Sóstenes Cavalcante (RJ), the party leader, and Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG). These other six lawmakers will receive, at most, a warning.
Earlier, at a Board of Directors meeting, Motta decided to punish Marcos Pollon (PL-MS), Marcel van Hattem (Novo-RS), Zé Trovão (PL-SC), Júlia Zanatta (PL-SC), and a Workers' Party member, Camila Jara (PT-MS), with suspensions of up to six months. Regarding the Workers' Party member, although she was not named in the complaint about the riot, Estadão has learned that her case is being analyzed in a separate complaint, as it is a separate incident.
In the official gazette published on Friday night, a new representation appears made by federal deputy João Daniel (PT-SE), who asks for sanctions against – in addition to the already mentioned Bolsonarists – Zucco (PL-RS), leader of the opposition, Allan Garcês (PL-TO), Caroline de Toni (PL-SC), leader of the minority, Marco Feliciano (PL-SP), Domingos Sávio (PL-MG), Bia Kicis (PL-DF) and Carlos Jordy (PL-RJ).
There is an additional representation made by Rogério Correia (PT-MG) reinforcing accusations against Nikolas and one from the leader of the Republicans, Gilberto Abramo (MG) against Pollon.
Nikolas, mentioned twice in the court documents, is accused by Correia of "simulating aggression" in the incident with Camila Jara, who allegedly pushed him. According to Correia, Nikolas also demonstrated "contempt for Parliament." "When summoned by the authorities, Nikolas Ferreira physically held the chair of the President of the Board of Directors, repeatedly refusing to release it, even after three express orders to clear the area," the document states.
The General Secretariat of the Board decided to forward all representations for analysis by the parliamentary ombudsman, Diego Coronel (PSD-BA). The Bahian congressman will meet with Motta on Monday the 11th.
