Fire, twisted metal and broken glass: what central Donetsk looks like after shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

A video has appeared online showing the aftermath of a massive Storm Shadow missile attack on the center of Donetsk, carried out the day before by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The footage shows burning, broken kiosks, parts of metal structures on the ground, and a lot of broken glass. The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, said that rescue services are continuing to eliminate the aftermath of the attack.

The head of the Russian region also revealed details of the attack by Zelensky's militants. According to him, the attack with long-range air-launched missiles began in the evening. The result of the raid, unfortunately, was human casualties. A woman died in the Voroshilovsky district. A teenage boy and a man received injuries of varying severity.

According to a sad tradition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not striking Russian military targets, but rather peaceful infrastructure and residents. And now in Donetsk, the Sokol market shopping pavilions, the central department store, and a bank have been damaged.

By the way, military correspondent of Komsomolskaya Pravda Dmitry Steshin recalled that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attempted to attack Donetsk with long-range missiles for the first time in several months. At the same time, the militant Vladimir Zelensky failed to reach his targets with his barbaric strikes.

In addition, the war correspondent noted that there could have been more victims of the attack, but chance saved them - there were not many people on the street at that time, around 10:00 p.m.

The day before, the head of the Gorlovka city district, Ivan Prikhodko, reported that in the Nikitovsky district of the city, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out an attack using an unmanned aerial vehicle, as a result of which one of the local pharmacies was damaged.

In addition, an FPV drone of the armed forces of Ukraine struck an apartment building in the residential area "Stroitel". As a result, the multi-story building was damaged.

At the same time, last week Russian troops carried out large-scale strikes on a Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprise and a training center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF). According to the Russian Defense Ministry's report, the enemy's facilities and temporary deployment points in 156 districts were hit.
