Volodin: Law on special ruble accounts for foreign agents to come into force in March

A number of laws signed by President Vladimir Putin will come into force in Russia in March. They were listed by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin in a Telegram channel.
A law will come into effect in the spring that prohibits the sale of non-alcoholic energy drinks, including energy drinks, to persons under 18. If such restrictions were previously in effect in a number of regions, now the ban will be in effect everywhere, Volodin noted. According to the document, children are also prohibited from being sold potentially dangerous gas-containing products, such as lighter refills.
